Software Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to support our Engineering Teams in building high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enable Team Success: Guide team members, clear blockers, and ensure they have what they need to succeed.
  • Ensure Project Progress: Informed of project progress, provide timely feedback to stakeholders, and champion agile values.
  • Onboard and Mentor Team Members: Train and guide scrum team members to excel in their roles.
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
  • Remove Obstacles: Help teams overcome obstacles hindering progress.
  • Coordinate Release Planning: Collaborate with teams for successful deployment activities.

Requirements:

Achieving Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years as a Scrum Master or similar role
    • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred)
