Job Description:

As a Leasing Staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Leasing Manager administratively, including preparing reports, meeting with clients, documentation filing, and monitoring rentals. You will also handle tenant prospecting and assist tenants with concerns/issues, while strictly monitoring billing and collection activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background in business or a related field, with at least 1 year of related work experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
