ERP Project Coordinator Role Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, serve as a secondary client contact, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

About the Position

You will be assisting in the planning, coordinating, and executing of ERP implementation projects. This includes supporting the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication. You will also be tracking deliverables, monitoring project timelines, and updating dashboards. Additionally, you will prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
