Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Credentialing Specialist to oversee the credentialing and enrollment processes for healthcare providers practicing in Maryland. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as specific payer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment, preferably with Maryland-based providers. They will possess familiarity with Maryland-specific credentialing standards, including Medicaid and regional payers such as CareFirst and Maryland Physicians Care.

The successful Credentialing Specialist will demonstrate proficiency with credentialing platforms like CAQH, PECOS, and NPPES, as well as the EPREP Portal. They will possess exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a remote work opportunity that requires self-motivation and reliability. The successful candidate will commit to confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
