As a Sustainability Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions for energy efficiency and sustainability. You will work collaboratively with a collective of innovators and experts to develop cutting-edge technologies that simplify lives globally and elevate our nation's reputation as a hub for world-class talent and compassionate technology.

1. Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards for pioneering building projects.
2. Prepare comprehensive energy reports (compliance assessments and ASHRAE forms).
3. Coordinate with stakeholders, design teams, and consultants to ensure alignment with green building objectives.
4. Develop documentation for LEED and WELL projects.
5. Identify, analyze, and solve complex engineering problems using industry standards and calculations.

1. Experience:
2. You have two or more years of experience in energy design with an MEP/FP engineering consultant.
3. Technical Skills:
4. Proficiency in energy calculations and ability to obtain LEED BD+C or ID+C credentials.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft 360, with knowledge of MEP engineering principles.
6. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
7. Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on efficiency.
