Job Summary

This role is designed for a highly organized and technically skilled individual to manage IT operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support, Google Workspace management, and Windows OS administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth system performance and data security.
  • Provide excellent technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Configure and maintain Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Drive, and Groups.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and IP troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with firewalls, routers, or Wi-Fi management is highly desirable.
  • Develop and implement data privacy, file access control, and device management policies.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance, basic system setup, and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Develop strong organizational skills, documentation habits, and effective communication strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in IT Administration, Generalist, or Technical Support roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, IP addressing, and subnetting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
