  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring collaboration and consensus with stakeholders and leadership

  • Continuously look for process improvements and execute them
  • Collaborate with finance colleagues and non-finance stakeholders to ensure greater transparency, consistency, and insight

Requirements:

  • University (Bachelor's/Master's) Financial Master's degree
  • At least 5+ years of professional working experience in a relevant position such as Finance Business Partner, Business controller, or compatible
  • Interest in IT to be able to catch on with your surroundings
  • Experience in translating complex data into sound and clear advice
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of management
  • Being pro-active and curious will help you to be successful in this dynamic environment
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills. Knowledge in Hyperion and SmartView is a plus
  • You love to work with numbers and have a genuine interest in controlling the expense base
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Track record in a complex environment
  • Organizational sensitivity and effective conflict management skills
