Marketing Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our website rebuild project and execute ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is confident managing content, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-impact marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project by coordinating tasks and ensuring timely delivery of materials
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content and Electronic Direct Mail campaigns to engage with our audience
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and EDMs
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Positive, proactive, and culturally aligned with high-performance teams
  • Comfortable working as a contractor with the ability to start immediately
