Job Role Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing email marketing automation strategies, monitoring and measuring campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand projects. Additionally, you will track, analyze, and report on email KPIs to inform strategic recommendations.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
