Key Responsibilities
  • Team Recruitment and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance, providing regular reports to senior management and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Property Development/Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one year of working experience in real estate or a related field is required.
