Craft strategic email marketing campaigns that engage our audience.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop and execute high-volume email campaigns across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
- Email Campaign Development: Create, execute, and optimize high-volume email marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- A/B Testing: Drive the creation and execution of A/B tests to determine effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Messaging Strategy: Develop engaging, brand-aligned messaging that communicates the value proposition of consumer products while being sensitive to audience emotions.
- Platform Optimization: Provide recommendations for email platform consolidation and future platform selections to streamline operations and enhance campaign performance.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Develop and manage key performance metrics, analyze and report on campaign performance based on those KPIs, and use data-driven insights to guide future strategies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a similar field.
Experience: Strong experience in building and launching high-volume email campaigns from scratch, with a focus on empathy and conversion.
Skills: Proven experience across a variety of email marketing and automation platforms, basic HTML, and Salesforce experience required.
