  3. Review and approval of construction plans, drawings, and specifications for compliance with industry standards.
  4. Site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  5. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols.
  6. Identification and mitigation of technical and logistical challenges during the construction process.
  7. Implementation of risk management strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  8. Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, surveyors, and contractors.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (licensed professional engineer in the Philippines).
  2. 5–10 years of proven experience in the construction of high-voltage transmission lines (69kV and above) and switching stations.
  3. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, structural analysis, and materials used in high-voltage projects.
  4. Familiarity with Philippine Building Code, NGCP Standards, local construction standards, and environmental regulations.
  5. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work on-site in Quezon Province and travel as required.
  7. Knowledge of renewable energy integration with transmission systems.
