Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business operations and relevant company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Legal, Corporate Functions, and business teams to identify and manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks.
  • Review internal and client-facing projects to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and voluntary commitments.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our teams on legal matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments and wider governmental policy or regulatory changes affecting our company, clients, people, and communities.
Qualifications:
  • JD / Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or higher from a recognized institution and admission in good standing with applicable bar association(s).
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in a dynamic in-house/corporate legal or law firm environment.
  • Familiarity with working across different jurisdictions and with multi-national clients.
