Design Visionary Role

  • We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team as a Design Visionary. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, creating detailed architectural drawings, and integrating permitting processes.
  • A unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

About the Job:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 3+ years of experience in a multi-client architectural environment are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual floor plans, elevations, and renderings using Revit.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and team design reviews to ensure cohesive and effective designs.
  • Support senior architects with concept development and technical drawings.
  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models that meet brand consistency standards.
  • Coordinate and integrate engineering plans to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with ADA, safety, zoning, and local planning codes.
  • Prepare full drawing sets for permit submittal within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Submit and manage the permitting process with municipalities until approval.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
  • Experience modeling from point clouds in Revit is essential.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is necessary.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills is a must.
