Job Title: E-Commerce Account Manager

A dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Account Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor products across multiple online marketplaces, identifying new listings and trends.
  • Run and analyze replenishment reports to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent support and resolution.
  • Manage product listings across multiple platforms, including eBay, Walmart, and FBM.
  • Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Sheets, SkuVault, ConnectBooks, and SellerSnap is highly desirable.
