Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our daily operations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate calendars, organize outreach initiatives, ensure systems are running smoothly, and utilize AI tools to maximize impact and efficiency.

This role supports high school partnerships, corporate client outreach, podcast scheduling, and logistics. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will also assist with planning event logistics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience supporting coaches in growing their social media and marketing presence, and can demonstrate how to use AI tools to save time and improve workflows.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, fluent in English, and passionate about personal growth, mentorship, and meaningful work.
