Job Summary:

We seek an experienced professional to manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns. As a specialist in social media advertising, you will be responsible for developing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, including audience targeting and campaign optimization techniques. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Facebook ad campaigns and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, ensuring campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency or paid social role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Must be adept at using Facebook Business Manager and proficient in the use of Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and its usage.
  • Able to develop and implement paid strategies for clients across various industries that result in a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Great at communicating campaign performance and insights to the team.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients and helping them grow their business.
  • Natural leadership flair and passion for sharing paid social knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for team interaction and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to recommend strategies that generate a positive ROI.
