About the Role

This senior position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of cloud-based services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for validating new releases, promoting collaboration across technical teams, and staying up-to-date with emerging technology trends.

You will also serve as the primary escalation resource, resolving complex issues in various environments while applying advanced skills in AWS resources, Terraform, PowerShell, GitHub, DataDog, Octopus Deploy, KeyCloak, and Atlassian.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and promote new releases to ensure stability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with technical teams to eliminate knowledge gaps and stay current with evolving technology landscape
  • Serve as primary escalation resource, resolving issues in ECHO, Tyler Deploy, and client environments
  • Apply advanced skills in AWS resources, Terraform, PowerShell, GitHub, DataDog, Octopus Deploy, KeyCloak, and Atlassian
  • Administer Windows servers and Microsoft SQL databases
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and stakeholder use
  • Optimize AWS resource usage to balance performance and cost
  • Independently manage high-priority issues, using available resources and communicating status to leadership
  • Support team planning and long-term strategic initiatives through effective project management and execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, dev ops, or supporting Enterprise ERP products in a technical capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using observability platforms and cloud-native technologies (e.g. Datadog, AWS)
  • Experience using scripting languages, infrastructure as code, and Git-based source control (e.g. Terraform, PowerShell, GitHub)
  • AWS Cloud practitioner certification preferred
  • Experience in administering Microsoft Windows OS
