  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data quality concerns
  2. Develop and maintain documentation for technical specifications of data pipelines and architectures
  3. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  4. Support data integrations with the Enterprise Data Platform (AWS S3, Snowflake)
  5. Continuously improve understanding of best practices for our data warehouses and potential solutions for future implementations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, statistics, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience working with HR/People data, including common workforce metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries
  • Experience with data warehouse solutions and database management systems
  • PREFERRED: Experience with MS Excel, Workday, Python, Power BI, DAX, Tableau, and Tableau Prep for developing and publishing dashboards
  • Strong attention to detail
