Job Summary:
Body Mechanic. Inc is seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of our clinic.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. They will also prepare and issue invoices to clients, track payments, and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.

Main Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, record daily financial transactions, and ensure all financial data is properly categorized and documented.
• Invoicing and Payments: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, track payments, process vendor invoices, and manage the clinic's petty cash fund.
• Billing: Handle all aspects of client billing, including preparation and issuance of billing statements, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Purchasing: Manage the procurement process for clinic supplies and equipment, source and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll for clinic employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, assist in the preparation of tax returns, and keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in billing and purchasing is highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements
