Your Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate instructor-led training courses to equip new and experienced employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the training team to create engaging eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications that meet the needs of our employees.
- Analyze existing training efforts to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their effectiveness.
- Work closely with managers to provide guidance and support on employee professional development.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of overall experience in Digital Ad Sales and/or Marketing with at least 1 year of training or coaching role, preferably within a sales or digital marketing environment.
- Wide experience on various sales techniques and methodologies (consultative/solution/value-based selling).
- Knowledge in using digital ads platforms systems/tools to drive sales, i.e., CRM, Google Ads is an advantage.
