Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Optimization Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, both in language spoken and written skills, and be passionate about driving digital optimization outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Successful delivery of digital programs for client accounts
  • Driving organic growth outcomes and improving visibility across key markets based on client objectives
  • Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies
  • Collaborating with content creators and designers to align goals with content execution
  • Auditing websites and recommending improvements for on-page SEO, technical SEO, and metadata
  • Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush
  • Identifying new opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions
  • Preparing presentations for optimization strategies and ensuring programs are delivering per the agreed objectives and scope
  • Staying up to date with algorithm updates, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years' experience in client management, communications, or digital marketing
  • Passionate about digital optimization, content strategy, and data-driven performance
  • Experience in advising how to win in AEO and LLM search
  • Proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
  • Experienced in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
