Business Analyst Role

This role requires 2+ years of experience working as a Junior Test, Product, or Business Analyst in agile (scrum), cross-functional teams, delivering complex products and projects. Experience in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence is also required.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting and exploring feature ideas and requirements with internal teams
  • Documenting business requirements into detailed functional / technical requirements
  • Collaborating with clients/users to continuously gather feedback for ideas that improve their utility and experience of the product
  • Assisting with internal and external communications, supporting transparency and broadcast of product and business information and updates

The ideal candidate will have strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, understanding of business process mapping and data flow, ability to document clear business, technical and functional requirements, collaborative approach to solution option design and promoting effective decisions, and ability to empathize with end users, client sponsors and the domain market to convey the "why" of products and feature sets.
