Job Description:

This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in problem-solving, and is ready to take ownership of high-level accounting responsibilities.

  • Lead complex accounting functions, oversee financial reporting and compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive sound business decisions.
  • Help manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.

The right candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, as well as proficiency in accounting software.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with high integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Active CPA license (required).
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
