We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This is a key role in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and analyzing successful online marketing strategies that engage customers and meet business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to develop high-quality ads
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and support decision-making
  • Develop strategic recommendations for improving campaign performance and driving business results

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, launch, and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals
  2. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, and Quality Score
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in digital marketing
  • Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
