**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Profile to join our team at Recruiter PH. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with our internal teams to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues related to telecom systems and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices within the team.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of telecom systems and technologies, including Avaya, Routing, IVR, Livevox, Logger, NICE, Incontact, and Genesys.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with 1-3 years of tenure.
  • The ability to think critically, problem-solve, and communicate effectively.
