Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit Manager to oversee accounts receivable, manage aged debt reports, and ensure timely client payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Generating and reviewing aged debt reports to identify overdue payments
  2. Clearing receipts and matching them with corresponding payments
  3. Contacting clients via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices
  4. Negotiating payment commitments and following up to ensure timely payments
  5. Performing credit checks on new clients and updating credit limits accordingly
  6. Setting up new clients in the system and maintaining accurate records
  7. Liaising with the finance team to resolve any payment discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable is required
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to handle phone and email conversations effectively
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Knowledge of credit checks and debt collection processes
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
