We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in developing and maintaining web applications within the banking domain.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient web applications. They will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a seamless integration between user interfaces and server-side logic.

Key tasks include collaborating with other teams to integrate applications with the Avaloq Front Platform and IAM solution, implementing and maintaining security measures, and conducting code reviews to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Good knowledge and sound understanding of Angular, TypeScript, NGRX/RXJS, Java, Oracle SQL, Hibernate, Liquibase, Springboot, RESTful and SOAP services, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of security best practices and experience with implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms
