Job Summary

This role involves delivering diverse audit engagements focusing on internal controls assurance and IT compliance. The position requires evaluating the design and effectiveness of business processes and information systems, with a specific focus on IT General Controls.

The successful candidate will conduct thorough reviews and audits to assess the risk and control environment, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. They will also be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on audit engagements, as well as coordinating with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and IT processes.
  • Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the control environment and reduce risk.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to ensure effective communication and delivery of results.
  • Document findings and recommendations, and present them to senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Management, or Information Technology.
  • 2-3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in the Merchant Acquiring/Payment Processing industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT General Controls, access controls, systems development, change management, and information security.

  • Timely completion of audit engagements and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Effective identification and mitigation of risks, resulting in improved control environments and reduced risk exposure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
