Job Title: Real Time Data Analyst

The primary role of this position is to oversee and manage service levels across various internal and external locations, lines of business, and products in accordance with contractual agreements and internal goals. Timely and appropriate communication regarding the performance of the account will be provided to all interested parties.

This position requires strong analytical skills to review information, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement. The ability to work effectively in fast-paced situations, adapt to rapid changes in information, process, direction, or immediate workflow is essential. Additionally, strong communication skills are required to ensure that employees are kept informed of developments effectively and that all appropriate staff are aware of issues.

A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of WFM or related experience is required. A strong internet connection with the ability to support online systems and applications is also necessary. Other qualifications include exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills as well as decisiveness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and process data for real-time performance analysis
  • Obtain quantifiable performance figures to make critical recommendations for improving account performance
  • Manage and monitor the queue for the Operations account against the attainment of passing service levels
  • Respond proactively to changes in the queue by continually communicating with Operations Management
  • Cascade vital information to key decision-makers regarding account performance
  • Escalate relevant information on account performance to Management and document major incidents
