Senior General Administrative Professional

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Administration and Operations Specialist to join our team at Nityo Infotech. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support services to our organization.
About the Role:
This role will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our team, including scheduling, document preparation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including maintaining records, tracking data, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and external partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, administration, or a similar field).
- At least 2 years of experience in general administration, operations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of PHP 35,000 per month, plus benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance plan, paid vacation time, and professional development opportunities.
Location:
This role will be based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, with flexibility to work remotely from BGC, Taguig, when required.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.
