Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Technician to join our team. As a Site Technician, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer questions and provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 11 months of experience in a similar field (not required but preferred).
  • A minimum of a Secondary School Graduate or completion of 2nd year college education.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.
  • A willingness to work on-site as required.
