Job Description

As a Network Integration and Documentation Expert at CallTek, you will be responsible for integrating new networks and documenting existing ones. This includes gathering vendor network requirements, moving devices to new networks, and testing/troubleshooting as needed. You will also be involved in building out Meraki Dashboard Config to meet Hilton standards and setup Wireless or Wired Connected Rooms for Hilton's TV solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for documenting network configurations and settings, including RF reviews, heatmaps, and conference tool screenshots. If a device needs to be replaced, you will reach out to the vendor's support team to initiate an RMA process.

Requirements:

  • Moderate Technical skills
  • Ability to navigate tools/equipment to take Screenshots or Snips
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
