About The Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing TikTok Affiliate Marketing Campaigns, driving revenue growth through partnerships, and optimizing influencer relationships on the platform. You will also work closely with internal teams to craft strategies, manage affiliate performance, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

    • Lead the management and execution of TikTok affiliate programs, focusing on maximizing engagement and revenue">
    • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring affiliate content aligns with TikTok trends">
    • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners">

    • Develop and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok">
    • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., clicks, conversions, sales) to optimize efforts and deliver results">
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve affiliate content performance and increase ROI">

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:">
    • Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences">
    • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Sales) to create compelling marketing materials, including tracking links, promo codes, and banners for TikTok Campaigns">

    • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success">
    • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, influencer engagement, and affiliate revenue">
    • Use data to identify trends and opportunities for program growth">

    • Ensure all affiliate content follows TikTok's community guidelines and legal requirements (disclosure, branding, etc.)">
    • Stay updated with TikTok's evolving platform rules and affiliate marketing trends">

Required Skills and Qualifications">We are seeking an experienced professional with:">
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field">
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing (preferably with a focus on TikTok or Social Media Platforms)">
  • Skills:">
    • Understanding of TikTok's Platform and Trends (including how to leverage influencers for affiliate marketing)">
