We are seeking a Middle Affiliate Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record working with affiliates in the USA market with strong existing relationships.

As a Middle Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing our affiliate portfolio while working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners in the USA iGaming space

• Negotiating and managing affiliate contracts, commissions, and campaigns to maximize performance

• Analyzing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports, and proposing data-driven optimizations

• Collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals

• Actively seeking out and onboarding new affiliates to grow the partner network

• Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming sector

• Proven track record working with affiliates in the USA market with strong existing relationships

• Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Solid understanding of analytics tools and reporting best practices

• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote and flexible environment, with availability for ongoing communication and coordination with the team
