Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
">Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and Screening: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening interviews. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruitment Administration: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with candidate information and recruitment progress. Support recruitment marketing initiatives to attract diverse talent.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting software.
