Site Energy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Energy Specialist to join our team.

  • Create and implement plans for site power system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
  • Conduct site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of base transceiver station site power systems.
  • Design or coordinate the design of site power systems, photovoltaic (PV), or solar thermal systems, including system components, for base transceiver stations.
  • Develop electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for site power/solar electric systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and quality or safety standards for site power/solar installation work.
  • Create checklists for review or inspection of completed site power/solar installation projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering with proven expertise as an electrical engineer.
  • Hands-on experience using design and calculation software.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, Auto-cad, and other relevant tools.
  • Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
