About the Role

Are you a skilled marketer looking for a challenging opportunity to drive growth and engagement on social media? This is an exciting chance to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Manager, where you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives results.

This full-time contract position offers a monthly retainer and the possibility of growing into a full-time salaried role as the business expands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with other departments to align your efforts with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, while also driving brand awareness and loyalty. You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and continually adapt your approach to optimize performance.

In addition to your content creation skills, you will also be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, building and maintaining a strong online community, and tracking performance metrics to inform future decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Manage influencer partnerships to build and maintain a strong online community.
  • Track performance metrics to inform future decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of platform best practices, content formats, and audience behavior.
