The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media content and campaigns that align with the company's brand voice and strategic goals in the online gaming space. The role supports community building, player engagement, and brand visibility across key platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote games, events, and community engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish daily content across all social platforms.
- Monitor and respond to player comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the player support team to produce creative assets and compelling campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and suggest
optimizations. - Stay up to date with trends, tools, platform updates, and gaming community conversations.
- Support influencer/partnership initiatives and cross-channel campaigns.
- Help moderate live chats during events or content drops, ensuring a positive player environment.
- Maintain and update the social media content calendar.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in social media coordination or content management, ideally in the BPO, online gaming, or tech industry.
Language Skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively with both creative and non-creative team members.
Reasoning Ability:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge and passion for gaming, pop culture, and digital communities is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online player behavior and community standards is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have a basic knowledge on:
- Proficient in major social media platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Skilled in basic graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Familiar with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Basic video editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or Canva Video
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) – a plus
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, )
