Embedded Finance Leader

Drive the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's growth goals in embedded finance.

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to boost efficiency and client experience. Develop sales playbooks, value propositions, and enablement tools tailored to each segment.

  • Process & Enablement:

Oversee onboarding for key clients and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

  • Client Onboarding & Success:

Identify market trends and collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and segment opportunities.

  • Product & Innovation Alignment:

Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive solutions and expand market reach.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Provide performance insights and strategic updates to the executive team. Ensure all commercial activities meet regulatory standards and manage sales-related risks proactively.

  • Reporting & Governance:

Experience and Leadership: 10+ years in sales or business development within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Leadership Experience:

A strong understanding of embedded finance, fintech, and financial services market trends is required.

  • Industry & Market Knowledge:

Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills are essential.

  • Skills & Capabilities:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships are necessary.

  • Communication Skills:

Adaptability and the ability to work in fast-changing environments are important.

  • Adaptability:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
