  • Oversees the import and export documentation and activities to ensure compliance with relevant local and international laws and processes.
  • Coordinates shipment scheduling for cost-effective inbound and outbound expenditure.
  • Monitors the movement of products, equipment, and materials in and out of the country in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Processes necessary documentation and online permit applications for efficient execution of all import-export activities.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with overseas providers, customers, and internal clients through effective communication and coordination.
  • Performs tasks as required to support business operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Management, Administration, or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in Import and Export Freight Forwarding from customer service to delivery and invoicing is essential.
  • Experience in Cargowise is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
  • Superior customer service orientation is expected.
  • Familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications is necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends, is required.
