Job Title: Senior Software Quality Champion

This role focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions by developing comprehensive test plans, executing manual and automated tests, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in:

  • Test Planning and Strategy: Design and implement detailed test plans and strategies that meet project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Manual and Automated Testing: Develop and execute both manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and prioritize software defects using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Requirements Analysis: Participate in requirement review meetings to gain a thorough understanding of project objectives and identify potential quality risks early in the development cycle.
  • Regression and Performance Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new code changes do not negatively impact existing product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining detailed test plans and strategies aligned with project requirements and technical specifications.
  2. Designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
  3. Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing software defects using standard bug tracking tools.
  4. Participating in requirement review meetings to gain a thorough understanding of project objectives and identify potential quality risks.
  5. Conducting thorough regression testing to ensure new code changes do not negatively impact existing product features.
