Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and provide exceptional customer service.
The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic services to students and their families.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate instructors to ensure effective teaching and learning
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Operations team
- Manage class schedules to optimize efficiency and meet targets
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
