Job Title: Accounting Operations Supervisor

The Accounting Operations Supervisor oversees the general ledger and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure timely close processes, review journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS, assist in management reports and audits.
  • Develop policies for internal controls, ensure regulatory adherence, support SOX compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, conduct evaluations, identify training needs.
  • Implement efficiency enhancements using technology.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy/Banking is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field is necessary for this position.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Angeles, Pampanga.
  • Applicants should have expertise in General/Cost Accounting.
