Job Overview

The role of a Digital Marketing Specialist is to spearhead and execute multifaceted marketing initiatives, focusing on driving growth and enhancing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes paid and organic marketing campaigns across various social media, email, and online advertising channels.
  • Manages the company's digital presence to engage users and fortify customer relationships through strategic initiatives and creative content.
  • Designs and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance online engagement.
  • Conducts performance analysis using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, online advertising, content creation, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools to track performance metrics and improve strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating content for various digital marketing materials.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
