Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Order Operations Manager to lead our team in the day-to-day execution and management of the order-to-cash cycle. This includes order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery, as well as invoicing and payment collection.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order operations finance, with experience working in high-growth startup environments and leading teams through ERP implementations.

Responsibilities include building sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability, as well as maintaining strong data integrity in all order operations systems associated with order entry, order fulfillment, order management, and order invoicing.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading month's end reconciliation from the Order Operations perspective and providing fully vetted reporting to Accounting showing all orders for the previous month accurately entered in all systems and tied out.

Furthermore, the Retail Order Operations Manager will create workflows using connectors like Zapier, Make, N8N, Parabola, etc., to significantly cut down on repetitive, manual work handled by the team on a daily basis.
