    1. Receive and review incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the accounting system.
    2. Obtain necessary approvals for invoices and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Vendor Management:
    1. Maintain vendor files and contact information to facilitate efficient communication and payment processing.
    2. Correspond with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  3. Payment Processing:
    1. Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
    2. Monitor cash flow and payment schedules to optimize working capital management.
  4. Recordkeeping and Reporting:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions to support financial reporting and decision-making.
    2. Assist in month-end close processes, including account reconciliations and accruals.
  5. Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
    2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related role.
    3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills.
