About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. As an AP Coordinator, you will be responsible for undertaking invoice processing and matching, clearance of reconciliation accounts, and processing payments. Additionally, you will provide first-level support for incoming queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices for vendors, taxes, and employee expenses
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle payment processing (off-cycle and weekly)
  • Perform monthly vendor and account reconciliations
  • Manage daily bank/cash clearing and investigations
  • Prepare short-term cash forecasts
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience within the Finance/Accounting department of a large corporate organization;
  • Possess strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices and internal policy;
  • Well-versed with ERP and other business/accounting tools;
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills (proficiency in conversational and business English language both written and verbal).
