Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Information Technology Officer to lead our Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) Divisions, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the management of application, data, network infrastructure, and voice network functions, ensuring efficient and effective administration.

  2. Develop and implement systems, processes, and procedures to optimize EIT operations, improve security, and enhance user experience.

  3. Plan, design, and execute enterprise-wide application and network system initiatives based on current and future business requirements.

  4. Manage application development, maintenance, and security, including corporate applications, data/voice networks, workstations, telephone equipment, servers, email, and operating systems.

  5. Lead administrative functions, including manpower resourcing, project prioritization, problem escalation management, cost center expense control, status reporting, and disciplinary counseling.

  6. Ensure timely and effective IT Helpdesk services, including call handling, recording, monitoring, and status reporting of all service inquiries and requests.

  7. Provide technical support and assistance for IT Business Recovery Systems.

  8. Supervise the implementation of up-to-date documentation for the IT infrastructure, processes, and policies.

  9. Coordinate with various user groups for their technical support requirements, prioritize activities towards meeting change requests/system updates, and ensure proper user sign-off.

  10. Collaborate with other departments on matters impacting IT implementation and integration of services to users.

  11. Elevate critical concerns and issues to CFO with recommended solutions.

  12. Manage application and software licensing, hardware procurements, and agreements.

  13. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new applications, trends, developments, technologies, and practices in IT infrastructure and network management.

  14. Perform additional duties as assigned.
