Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-converting video ads for social media platforms that drive sales and maximize return on investment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar editing tools. They will also be able to create dynamic motion graphics and engaging animations that enhance engagement and storytelling.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to understand ad performance metrics and optimize creatives accordingly. You will be required to deliver 15-30 new video ads per week, maintaining a 1-2 hour editing time per video while ensuring a continuous flow of fresh content for testing.

You will be expected to efficiently repurpose existing content, user-generated content, stock footage, and brand assets to maximize creative output. Additionally, you will consistently produce winning ads that outperform previous creatives in terms of click-through rate, return on ad spend, and cost per action.

This is a full-time role that requires a strong eye for detail, a quick learner who adapts to trends, platform changes, and new marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver video ads in multiple languages using AI-powered localization tools to ensure international reach.
